14-year-old robbed in Coes Neck Park

Three teenagers robbed a 14-year-old boy in Coes Neck Park on June 14 at 5:30 p.m., police said.

According to detectives, the 14-year-old was approached by three male subjects, all being between 16 and 18 years old. The subjects forced the victim to the ground and removed his cell phone from his pocket. They then fled through the park and were last seen heading south on Coes Neck Road. The victim was uninjured and only able to describe one of the subjects as being approximately five-feet-11-inches tall with a Caesar-style haircut. He was wearing a black T-shirt with red sleeves and beige camouflage shorts.
