Even though firefighters traditionally rescue kittens that get stuck in trees, the Baldwin Fire Department made an exception on July 16 when volunteers saved a kitten that found itself stuck in a car engine.

After one hour of work, the kitten was freed from the vehicle parked at the Long Island Rail Road station in Baldwin.
