Long Island Comedy Festival
Laugh the night away when the Long Island Comedy Festival brings its summer showcase to Rockville Centre. This entertaining evening of standup, hosted by Paul Anthony, features a line-up of creative talent who have performed at top venues in Manhattan and elsewhere. Bob DiBuono, Bryan McKenna, Carie Karavas, Keith Anthony, and John Larocchia all contribute their unique comic insights to a memorable evening of comedy. DiBuono has established himself as one of the most dynamic acts on stage. With a sarcastic and edgy wit coupled with a high energy and animated delivery, he exposes the absurdities in life and his familys. McKenna, newcomer to the New York comedy scene, is a rising star at such venues as Caroline’s on Broadway, The Comic Strip and the Village Underground; Karavas is a tough, street smart, wisecracking comic; Anthony’s busy schedule includes appearances on A&E, Showtime, and Comedy Central; Larocchia, aka the FDNY Comic, is known for his down-to-earth style.
