Fatal motorcycle accident in Baldwin

A Uniondale man was killed when his motorcycle collided with a jeep on Centennial Avenue in Baldwin on Sept. 10 at 7:26 a.m.

According to detectives, Kevin Lodge, 28, from Uniondale, was traveling westbound on Centennial Avenue on a motorcycle when he collided with a jeep being driven by a 38-year-old female. He was transported to Nassau University Medical Center where hospital staff pronounced him deceased at 8:09 a.m. No criminality is suspected. The driver of the jeep was not injured.
