Pair arrested for using stolen credit card

Two Baldwin men were arrested for making more than $1,900 in purchases at the Westfield Mall in Massapequa using a stolen credit card in Nov. 30 at 5:25 p.m., police said.

According to detectives, two police officers on patrol observed Terrell Fuller, 24, of Grand Avenue and Daiyquan Webb, 24, of Milburn Avenue, in the parking lot of the Westfield Mall. The defendant’s suspicious activity led to the officers questioning the defendants and resulted in their arrests. It was determined that the defendants had made purchases in Walmart and Champs in an excess of $1,900 using a stolen credit card.

Both Fuller and Webb were charged with criminal possession of stolen property, identity theft, and second-degree forgery. Additionally, Fuller was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and Webb was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. The defendants were scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, in First District Court in Hempstead.
