7-Eleven larceny suspect sought

An unidentified man entered the 7-Eleven at 2800 Sunrise Highway and stole merchandise on Aug. 9, police said.

Nassau County Police are searching for a man who stole merchandise from a Bellmore convenience store this past summer.

An unidentified man entered the 7-Eleven at 2800 Sunrise Highway at about 1 a.m. on Aug. 9. The man was seen placing merchandise into a shopping bag on security cameras, but he did not pay for it, police said.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-8477. Callers will remain anonymous.
