Bellmore-Merrick schools closed because of snow Feb. 5

Owing to severe winter weather conditions, schools throughout Bellmore-Merrick were closed on Friday, Feb. 5. Forecasters were predicting three to six inches of snow.

School districts include:

*Bellmore Elementary District.

*Merrick Elementary District.

*North Bellmore Elementary District.

*North Merrick Elementary District.

*Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District.
