Mostly Cloudy Newbridge walks for baby wellness

Newbridge has raised $6,500 for the March of Dimes over the last two years.
Hundreds of young participants took part in the walk.

Students at Newbridge Road Elementary School in North Bellmore displayed a banner for the school’s second annual WonderWalk to benefit the March of Dimes on April 22.
Newbridge Road Elementary School hosted its second annual WonderWalk, a mini March of Dimes, March for Babies walk, on April 22. The WonderWalk is a community-service event for children in preschool or elementary school, which helps share awareness of prematurity.
Newbridge Road’s first WonderWalk last year raised more than $2,500, and this year it raised $4,000, all of which will fund research and community programs to help all babies get a healthy start in life.
