The Brandeis School held its annual welcome back celebration sponsored by the Lawrence school’s Parents Association with bouncy houses, a DJ, food, including pizza, cotton candy, popcorn and sno-cones, crafts, raffles, a rock wall, vendors and a miniature train for rides and vendors all on Sept. 8.

Commemorating its 90th anniversary, Brandeis, on the Harry Laufer Educational Campus on Frost Lane, includes an early childhood program with nursery, pre-K and kindergarten; an elementary school program with grades first to fourth; a middle school program grades fifth to eighth and general and Judaic studies. “This is a great way to begin the school year,” said Esther DeMarco, who shares Parents Association leadership responsibilities with Elena Lederman.
