According to the Nassau County Police Department, a Hicksville man was arrested for a Vehicular Assault that happened last Friday at 7 a.m. in East Meadow. Homicide Squad detectives reported that Daniel Benison, 22, of 47 Woodline Drive E., who was with a 20-year-old female passenger, was traveling southbound on Newbridge Road at Falcon St. in his 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass when he crossed over into the northbound lane and collided with a 2007 Honda Odyssey. more
