Mostly Cloudy Getting in the holiday spirit at the Senior Center

The East Meadow Senior Center celebrated the April holidays with its annual Easter and Passover party, inside its Front Street facility on April 8.
Dozens joined together for cake and refreshments, while the Nostalgics — a band made up of Senior Center residents — entertained with some classic standards. Many of the attendees danced to the music throughout the afternoon celebration.
East Meadow’s Charlie Franza played the part of the Easter Bunny, and was joined by other residents who wore bunny masks to enhance the holiday feel.
It was a fun, festive afternoon at the East Meadow Senior Center.
