Cuban-Jewish leader David Tacher of the Santa Clara community will speak in the U.S. for the first time at the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County in the Welwyn Preserve at 10 Crescent Beach Road, in Glen Cove on Sunday, July 31 at 2 p.m. Requested donation of $10.
