Head to Andrew J. Parise Cedarhurst Park for the annual 4th Precinct Night Out Against Crime at 7 p.m., as well as the Tuesday, Aug. 2 free concert series that continues with a pre-show of balloon fun at 7 p.m., and then about an hour later the JC Revue performs.
