Two cars collided on Newbridge Road, near the intersection of 7th Street, according to an eyewitness at the scene.
The accident occurred at around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, and at least one female was transported to a local hospital to be treated for injuries, according to the eyewitness.
Police vehicles, fire trucks and ambulances cordoned Newbridge Road throughout the evening while they tended to the accident.
