Eisenhower Park Memorial Day Carnival

Celebrate Memorial Day weekend at Eisenhower Park for its Freedom Fairs carnival, hosted in conjunction with Newton Shows. The weekend includes live performances by over 30 Long Island Bands, carnival rides and food, all going toward ending the drug abuse epidemic on Long Island. The festivities begin on May 24 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., go from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. on May 25 and 26 and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on May 27.

Pinot’s Palette Kaleidoscopic Sunset

Come to East Meadow’s wine and dine paint studio for a night with friends creating a popping neon landscape painting on Saturday, May 25 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Admission is $38. No outside food or drinks are permitted, the location has a bar and food menu to order from when you arrive. Pinot’s Palette is located at 2557 Hempstead Turnpike.
