a 46-year-old of North Lawrence, was arrested and charged with criminal impersonation and falsely reporting an incident for an incident that occurred on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook on Nov. 19 at 4:50 p.m.

Grand larceny


At 6:16 p.m. on Nov. 10, a complainant, the owner of RAS Wireless located at 679 Sunrise Hwy., Lynbrook, reported that two subjects entered their store and removed two Samsung Note tablet/phones and one Samsung Grand tablet/phone from the store. The items are valued at $2,098. The first subject is described as a black male, late 20’s, approx. 5-foot-8-inches tall, 130 pounds, thin build, black eyes, dark skinned wearing blue jeans and a red jacket. The second subject is described as a black female, late 20’s, approx. 5-foot-6-inches tall, heavy set, black medium length hair, black eyes, dark skinned, wearing pink or red sweatshirt and pants.

Petit larceny

On Nov. 15 at 5 p.m., a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) entered their yard on Lenox Avenue in Lynbrook and removed two bicycles. The value of the bicycles is $500. The first bicycle is a 2012 Schwinn Beach Cruiser, color blue and white, and the second is a 1972 Vesa three-wheel bicycle, color red and black.

Criminal mischief

At 5:15 p.m. on Nov. 17, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) damaged their 2000 Acura by breaking the driver’s side window and mirror and also damaged the driver’s side rear quarter panel while it was parked at Sportime located at 175 Merrick Road, Lynbrook. The total amount of the damage is $245.
