Crime Watch: East Rockaway, Lynbrook

Arrests
On June 23 at 6 p.m., a 28-year-old of Malverne, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief at the Lynbrook Police Department Headquarters located at 1 Columbus Drive.

A 32-year-old of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation on Peninsula Boulevard on June 23 at 7:02 p.m.

A Hempstead man was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana, criminal impersonation and no seat belt on Peninsula Boulevard on June 23 at 7:05 p.m.

On June 26 at 1:45 p.m., a 30-year-old woman of Baldwin was arrested and charged with petit larceny at the Lynbrook Police Department Headquarters located at 1 Columbus Drive.

 A 42-year-old man of Island Park, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation on Sunrise Highway. The defendant was also charged with two warrants from Lynbrook Village Court for aggravated unlicensed operation and another open warrant from Nassau County First District Court for aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to obey traffic control device and unlicensed operation on June 30 at 8:20 p.m.

On June 30 at 7:50 p.m., a 63-year-old man of East Rockaway, was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and failure to signal on Broadway.

A 53-year-old man of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of aggravated unlicensed operation, improper registration plates and unregistered motor vehicle equipment on St. James Place on July 1 at 9:10 p.m.

On July 2 at 3:09 p.m. a 34-year-old of Bay Shore, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, uninspected motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and an equipment violation on Lyon Place.

On July 3 at 10:15 a.m. a 23-year-old man of Rockville Centre was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal on Sunrise Highway.

A 21-year-old of Seaford, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Huntington Avenue on July 3 at 7:00 p.m.
