Arrests

On July 9 at 1:17 p.m., a 33-year-old, of Mineola, was arrested and charged with an open warrant from Lynbrook Village Court for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Unreas                                                                                                               onable Speed and Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

A 30-year-old, of New Britain, Connecticut, was arrested on July 9 at 4:56 p.m. and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Failure to Signal on Sunrise Highway.

On July 11 at noon, a 36-year-old woman, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with Criminal Impersonation and Harassment.

A 35-year-old man of Rockville Centre was arrested on July 13 at 8:59 a.m. and charged with Assault on Sunrise Highway.

On July 17, at 12:37 a.m., a 51-year-old of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with two count of Assault and Menacing at 145 Broadway.


A 35-year-old, of Howard Beach, was arrested on July 19 at 6:44 p.m. and charged with Petit Larceny at CVS Pharmacy at 633 Merrick Rd. in Lynbrook. The defendant was also charged with two open warrants for Petit Larceny.

On July 20, at 1:20 a.m., a 47-year-old woman of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (2 counts), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Speeding on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.

On July 20, at 10:55 a.m., a 40-year-oldof Baldwin, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Speeding and Failure to Signal on Sunrise Highway.

Grand larceny
At 6:10 p.m. on July 7, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) made two withdrawals from their TD Bank account. The total amount of loss was $1,3380.

Criminal mischief
At 7:57 p.m. on July 12, it was reported that someone damaged their vehicles while they were parked in their driveway on Wyoming Avenue in Lynbrook. The first vehicle, a 2000 Honda, was dented with an unknown object and the windshield was damaged. The second vehicle, a 2010 Subaru, had the windshield damaged. The total amount of damages is $1,550.

Petit larceny
At 10:35 a.m. on July 13, a complainant reports that the victim’s BMX boys 20” bicycle and a Razor Scooter was stolen from their front lawn on Watkins Street. The total amount of loss was $149.95.

Identity theft
At 4:50 p.m. on July 15, it was reported that someone opened a T-Mobile cell phone account in the victim’s name. The total amount of the charges was $2,348.02
