Arrests

A 61-year-old, of Laurelton, was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count each of driving wrong Way on one way and failure to turn as required on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook at 2:41 a.m. on May 5.

At 9:51 a.m. on May 5, a 59-year-old, un-domiciled, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt on Denton Avenue in Lynbrook.

A 41-year-old woman, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation, hand held cell phone, unregistered motor vehicle and disobeyin stop sign on Oak Street in Lynbrook at 9:20 p.m. on May 8.

At 8:30 p.m. on May 9, a 55-year-old man, of Inwood, was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, unsafe Lane change and equipment violation on Peninsula Boulevard in Lynbrook.

A 51-year-old, of Farmingdale, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal on Clifford Street in Lynbrook at 1:45 p.m. on May 13.

At 5:13 p.m. on May 13, a 52-year-old woman, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt on Saperstein Plaza in Lynbrook.

A 48-year-old man, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, menacing and harassment on Doxsey Place in Lynbrook at 1:41 a.m. on May 14.

At 3:34 p.m. on May 14, a 19-year-old man, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with criminal sale of marijuana on Earle Avenue in Lynbrook.

A 21-year-old man, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Earle Avenue in Lynbrook at 3:35 p.m. on May 14.

Burglary

At 8:35 a.m. on May 11, the owner of Paston Group, located on the 4th floor at 381 Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook, reported that the front office window was broken and $5 was stolen from a desk drawer between May 8 and May 11. The total amount of the loss and damage was $280.
