East Rockaway Fire Department to the rescue

The East Rockaway Fire Department responded to Lynbrook last Saturday on a mutual aid for a reported motorcyclist down at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Driving Park Avenue in Lynbrook.

A female resident of Driving Park was riding her new motorcycle when she went down making a turn. She suffered facial lacerations. The ERFD Rescue Squad stabilized the woman and transported her to South Nassau Communities Hospital.
