Arrests

On Oct. 25 at 3:45 p.m., a 23-year-old of East Rockaway was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, possession of marijuana, and three other violations on Merrick Road.

A 51-year-old male of Jamaica, Queens was arrested and charged with an open warrant from Nassau County District Court on Oct. 25 at 6:14 p.m.

At 9:40 p.m. on Oct. 25, a 22-year-old male of Manhattan was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance on Broadway.

On Oct. 26 at 12:54 p.m., a 43-year-old male of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of an accident that occurred on Aug. 26 on Broadway.

A 34-year-old male of Valley Stream was arrested on Oct. 26 at 6 p.m. and charged with menacing, stemming from an incident that occurred on Ocean Avenue.

At 6:12 p.m. on Oct. 26, a 28-year-old of Hempstead was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, failing to stop at a stop sign and open warrants for burglary, criminal mischief and possession of burglar’s tools on Peninsula Boulevard.

On Oct. 27 at 6:30 p.m., a 47-year-old male of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of marijuana on Freer Street.

A 55-year-old male of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with assault on Atlantic Avenue on Oct. 30 at 6:51 p.m.

At 9:23 p.m. on Oct. 31, a 19-year-old male of Brooklyn was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana on Sunrise Highway.

On Nov. 1 at 6:15 p.m., after an investigation involving Lynbrook Detectives and the Nassau County Police Narcotics Bureau, a 45-year-old male of Queens was arrested. Charges included two counts of criminal facilitation and possession of a controlled substance (heroin).

A 49-year-old cashier at the Gulf gas station at 265 Sunrise Highway who lives in Long Beach, was arrested for selling cigarettes to a minor and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child on Nov. 2 at 5:25 p.m.

At 8:45 p.m. on Nov. 3, a 51-year-old male of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin), criminal possession of a hypodermic needle and consuming an alcoholic beverage on a public street on Broadway.

Thefts

Someone removed the front license plate off of a vehicle on Atlantic Avenue on Nov. 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Criminal mischief

Someone damaged the rear window of a vehicle on Maxwell Street on Nov. 4 at 2:38 p.m.
