On Stage

Pinkalicious
The much-loved children’s book by Elizabeth and Victoria Kann, springs to life when Plaza Theatrical Productions presents another staging of this delightful musical romp. Everyone will be thinking (and wearing) pink, like Pinkalicious Pinkerton, the delightful heroine of this preteen charmer, who can’t stop eating pink cupcakes despite warnings from her parents. Her pink indulgence lands her at the doctor’s office with Pinkititis, an affliction that turns her pink from head to toe. But when her hue goes too far, only Pinkalicious can figure out a way to get out of this pink predicament.
Saturday, June 15, 11 a.m., 1 and 3 p.m. $12. Long Island Children’s Museum, Museum Row, Garden City. (516) 599-6870 or www.plazatheatrical.com.
