Happy haunting is slated for Atlantic Avenue on Oct. 30 as the village of Lynbrook presents Halloween Havoc at noon. A highlight of the Halloween hijinks is a costume parade, which lines up at 11:30 a.m. in the Earle Avenue parking lot. Other activities include a spooky walkway, bouncy rides, giveaways and a DJ.
