Merrick Road will be closed between Ocean Avenue and Horton Avenue on Saturday, beginning at 4:30 p.m. and reopening at approximately 7:30 p.m.
On this Saturday, June 27, Merrick Road will be closed between Ocean Avenue and Horton Avenue in preparation for the Lynbrook Fire Department’s 4th Battalion Parade.
The road will be closed beginning at 4:30 p.m. and will reopen at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Heavy traffic volume and long delays are expected on Sunrise Highway, Peninsula Boulevard, Ocean Avenue and Horton Avenue, and motorists are encouraged to use alternate roadways.
