A 27-year-old Queens man was arrested on July 30 at 9:06 p.m. and charged with assault for an incident that occurred at 257 Merrick Road.
On Aug. 1 at 9:30 p.m., a 23-year-old man from Queens was arrested and charged with seven counts of falsely reporting an incident, three counts of harassment and two counts of stalking for incidents that occurred at 83 Rolling St.
At 3:48 p.m. on Aug. 2, a 38-year-old Lynbrook resident was arrested and charged with menacing at 102 Wood St.
A 54-year-old Franklin Square woman was arrested on Aug. 2 at 5:58 p.m. and charged with three counts of driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) on Ocean Avenue.
A 52-year-old Freeport man was arrested on Aug. 2 at 11:35 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane change and failure to signal on Merrick Road.
On Aug. 5 at 4:18 a.m., a 28-year-old Queens resident was arrested and charged with three counts of driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding and passing a steady red traffic light on Sunrise Highway.
On July 31 at 4:20 p.m., the manager of the CVS on Merrick Road reported that three unknown suspects stole $1,550.22 worth of merchandise from the store. The first suspect was described as a black man, between 20 to 30-years-old, 5-foot-10-inches to 6-foot tall, about 175 pounds with a medium build and a dark complexion. He was wearing gray shorts and a Nike black shirt. The second suspect was described as a black man around the same age as the first suspect, 5-foot-10-inches to 6-foot tall, about 160 pounds, with a medium build and a dark complexion. He was wearing black pants, a black hat and a black sweatshirt. The third suspect was described as a black woman, between 20- and 30-years-old, 5-foot-6-inches tall, about 130 pounds, with a medium build and a light complexion who was wearing black pants, a yellow hat and a white sweatshirt.
A complainant reported that between July 20 and 30, their 2016 Suzuki GSX R1000 motorcycle was stolen from their driveway on 26 Putnam Ave.
