Established in 2000, Churchill’s Pub & Grill has long been a popular icon in Rockville Centre. It changed hands during the summer of 2020. Chef/Owner Maurizio Vendittelli set out to restore Churchill’s to its finest version, while retaining its staff members and warm, friendly atmosphere. That fall, Vendittelli also acquired Winston’s (next door), renaming it Mangia Bene, turning it into an Italian restaurant serving robust pizzas and fresh pastas, to more upscale entrees. more

Their absence has been sorely missed by Nassau Pops fans, CP Nassau, the concert’s beneficiary, and orchestra members. Now, after a three-year pandemic-imposed absence, Maestro Louis Panacciuilli and his orchestra are back on the Tilles Center stage with their popular gala concert in support of the Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County, next Sunday, Oct. 15. This year the orchestra welcomes Tony Danza and his band as their special guests. more
