Arrests
LAWRENCE- On Nov. 5 at 12:52 a.m. near Rockaway Turnpike and Peninsula Boulevard, Fred G. Robeck, 58, of Howard Beach, Queens, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, authorities said.

Grand larceny- motor vehicle
INWOOD- Between 4:12 p.m. on Oct. 29 and 2 p.m. on Oct. 30 at the U-Haul on Sheridan Boulevard, a 2014 white Ford vehicle was stolen, officials said.

INWOOD- On Bayview Avenue, between 10 p.m. on Oct. 30 and 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 31, a black 2008 Chrysler 300 was stolen, according to police.
Larceny- from auto
INWOOD- On Nov. 3 at 1 a.m. on Donohue Avenue, property was stolen from a man’s vehicle while it was parked, police said.
INWOOD- Between 8 p.m. on Nov. 1 and 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 2 on Doughty Boulevard, property was stolen from a man’s unlocked vehicle while it was parked, authorities said.
INWOOD- On Cheshire Road on Nov. 3 at 1 a.m., property was stolen from a man’s vehicle while it was parked, officials said.

Criminal mischief to auto
INWOOD- A reported that between 11 p.m. on Oct. 30 and 8 a.m. on Oct. 31 on his car was scratched on the side while it was parked, according to police.
CEDARHURST- On Oct. 25 between 3 and 4 p.m. at a school on Reilly Road, a man’s vehicle was scratched while it was parked, police said.

Woman assaulted and robbed in Cedarhurst

             Fourth Squad detectives are investigating the robbery of a 60-year-old woman at the intersection of Fifth and Leroy avenues in Cedarhurst, who was allegedly attacked by four women at 7:15 p.m. on Nov. 9.

            The woman was walking from the Cedarhurst Long Island Rail Road train station when the four women struck her about the head with their fists, police said. They took the woman’s pocketbook and fled. She declined medical aid at the scene.

            One of the four alleged assailants is described as black, 6-feet tall with a thin build and medium length straight hair. She was wearing a blue coat, workout-type pants and a black mask with white eyes.

            Two are described as both 5-feet, 5-inches in height with heavy builds. One was wearing a black jacket with a hoodie sweatshirt and the other was wearing a hoodie sweatshirt. Another alleged attacker was wearing light colored jeans.

            Police are asking anyone with information about this incident to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-8477. All calls are kept confidential.

            Jovon Noel, 17, of Lord Avenue in Inwood, is one of for men arrested for the alleged robbery of a 21-year-old man on Amsterdam Avenue in Uniondale at 5:34 p.m. on Nov. 2

            Noel, along with Tremaine Devore, 19, of Front Street in Hempstead, Christian Olglesby, 23, of Lenox Avenue in Uniondale and Lance Lyttle, 24, of Fulton Avenue in Uniondale, allegedly got out of a gray Honda pulled and two of the four brandished handguns, according to police. The man was then struck on his head and face several times, which caused him to fall to the ground. The men then grabbed a pair of headphones and fled, police said.

            All the men were charged with two counts of robbery-first degree and two counts of robbery-second degree, and arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Nov. 12.
