WEST HEMPSTEAD-JONATHAN Hwang, 27, of Woodmere, was arrested for shoplifting at the Stop & Shop on Cherry Valley Avenue at 7:05 p.m. on May 5, according to police.
LAWRENCE-Howard A. Reid, 42, of Queens, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Harbor View East and Rock Hall Road at 2:02 a.m. on May 8, police said.

HEWLETT-A woman reported that assorted personal property was taken from her vehicle on Hewlett Parkway between 4 and 9 a.m. on May 6, authorities said.
