Arrest

HEWLETT-John Weldon, 54, of Oceanside, was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of West Broadway and Daub Avenue at 8:25 p.m. on May 19, according to police.

Petit larceny

LAWRENCE-Zhanna Nizo, 46, of Rego Park, Queens, was arrested for shoplifting at the Costco on Rockaway Turnpike at 6:30 p.m. on May 20, police said.
