Michael Fabrizio, vice president of Independent Coach, acknowledged the problems and said the company that also served the Hewlett-Woodmere district is working on fixing the problems. “We are making all efforts to rectify the problems and it’s an ongoing effort,” Fabrizio said, adding that the off days should help the drivers as routes are redone.
Parents who have complaints can contact the district’s private school liaison Sarah Weis at (516) 295-7065 or email@example.com
Board President David Sussman told the parents the district will do what needs to be done to rectify the problems and asked for their feedback. “We will take care of the problem and hold the company responsible,” he said. “Let us know how we have done.”
