Best interest of property is to be sold to the highest bidder and if highest bidder plans on paying property tax even better.

Towns such as Atlantic Beach in the district have no medical facilities at all and very of folks in Atlantic Beach even use the Hewlett schools. Atlantic Beach also has an older crowd.

Long Beach hospital was closed for a long time after Sandy, the older folks in AB had to go all the way to South Nassau Hospital in Oceanside to get treatment.

Selling the property gives these folks school tax relief, selling property to a Yeshiva puts their lives in Jeopardy as they have to travel further for treatment and raises their school taxes for the rest of their lives as this property is taking off the tax roles
