Capt. John Runco, of Atlantic Beach, was given his Master of Science degree in aeronautical engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in Ohio last month.

United States Air Force Capt. John Runco earned a Master of Science degree in aeronautical engineering at the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, and was presented with his degree on March 21. An Atlantic Beach resident, Runco received his bachelor’s degree and graduated cum laude from upstate Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2013.
