Bestselling author to visit Peninsula Public Library

New York Times bestselling author Kitty Zeldis will visit Peninsula Public Library, 280 Central Ave., Lawrence, on Monday, Oct. 22 at 3 p.m. to discuss her new novel “Not Our Kind.”

Set in a changing New York City immediately following the end of World War II, the book is a character-driven story centered on the unexpected friendship between Eleanor Moskowitz and Patricia Bellamy.

Writing under a pseudonym, Kitty Zeldis is the bestselling author and nonfiction writer of books for adults and children. She lives with her family in Brooklyn.

The event is free and open to the public. Copies of “Not Our Kind” are currently available for reserve at the library’s Readers Desk. Blue Door Books in Cedarhurst will sell copies of the book at the event.
