Fall weather finally made its appearance and thoughts of the holiday season began dancing through Peninsula Kiwanis members, friends, families and other volunteers who helped at or attended the club’s annual Christmas Dream Pancake Breakfast at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Inwood on Oct. 1.
The $5 adult admission, raffles for sale and the 50/50 raffle helps to support the buying of gifts for children at Christmas. The Kiwanis kitchen help did their best to pump out the pancakes and hash browns.
