The 112-year-old Five Towns Community Center will hosts its anniversary gala at the Lawrence facility on June 22.

The Five Towns Community Center is celebrating its 112th anniversary with a gala dinner on Saturday, June 22, beginning at 6:30 p.m. There will be food, music and entertainment.
Whether it was a settlement house, a trade school, the Inwood Community Center or, since the 1970s, the Five Towns Community Center, the Lawrence facility has been a resource for residents from preschoolers to senior citizens.
Call interim Executive Director Pete Sobol at 516-239-6244 ext. 235 to purchase tickets, which are $65 per person. The center is at 270 Lawrence Ave. in Lawrence.
