Rush Capelli Fit Empire opens

Get a head start on your New Year’s resolution. Rush Capelli Fit Empire, at 1215 Station Plaza in Hewlett, is open. The ribbon-cutting was on Nov. 29.

Owner and personal trainer Nneka Queen Lott, said she wants to closely with clients with the equipment they need, without the hassle of overcrowded gyms. “In order to get the best results for my clients I have to go above and beyond for them,” she said. “We want to be able to guide them and make sure that everyone can reach their goals.”

There is private training, zumba and dance, Pilates, yoga, boxing, nutritional advice with an intimate atmosphere that ensures members won’t get lost among rows of equipment. A trainer to be a spotter or offer advice is always nearby. Sign up in person as the website, www.rushcapellifitempire.com, is under construction.
