Franklin Square School Board incumbent trustees Joseph Armocida and Jerome Monaco were sworn in on July 8 at a reorganization meeting. Helen Hoffman was sown in as board vice president.
The board also accepted two resignation requests of school district employees and approved two Civil Service appointments, two per diem substitute teacher appointments and one per diem substitute appointment.
The next board meeting will be on August 14 at the Washington Street School.
