Four teachers earn tenure in Franklin Square, next school board meeting is July 13

The regular meeting of the Board of Education of the Franklin Square Elementary School District was called to order on June 10.

At the regular meeting, the Board awarded tenure to 4 teachers, accepted the Treasurer’s Report for the period ending April 30, accepted 2 resignation requests, approved 3 leave of absence requests, approved 2 leave replacement teachers and approved 1 Civil Service probationary appointment

The Franklin Square Board of Education will hold their next regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, July 13, at the Washington Street School. The meeting will be called to order at 7 p.m. at which time a motion will be made to go into Executive Session.
The Public Session will reconvene at 8 p.m.
