Learning the value of that attic

There’s a pretty common fantasy among collectors of antiques — finding the mother lode in their own attic or basement. After generations of collecting, how difficult could it be to find something incredibly valuable that was handed down a family line through the years.

While value may be in the eye of the beholder, Costello made sure residents walked away with a much keener eye.
