A Halloween hoot in Island Park

Island Park Public Library hosts a Halloween gathering for children of all ages on Oct. 28 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wear your Halloween costume and join in for crafts and games. There will be a Halloween costume parade through the library starting at 7 p.m.
