The Island Park Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a National Grid Meeting tomorrow, Jan. 30, 7 p.m. at Lincoln Orens Middle School, Island Park.

Kathleen Wisnewski from National Grid will discuss the National Grid Grant Program for businesses.

National Grid is providing grants to businesses up to $250,000. These are grants and not loans!

Ms. Wisnewski will describe the application process and have applications available at the meeting. This is a great program. So far it is the only grants available for businesses. All are encouraged to attend. Please spread to word to other business owners. The Chamber is putting this meeting together at the last minute but hope we can have a great turnout.
