The Oceanside High School Battle of the Bands drew 600 family, friends and community residents to the high school auditorium on March 9 for a night of music and fundraising. Officials say that the event raised $1,540 for the Oceanside Department of Community Activities. The event was sponsored by Oceanside Music and Sam Ash. The winning band was Lucidity.
