Members of West End Arts created a 400-piece community art installation project last year, made with wood from the old boardwalk that was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy. The group unveiled two new panels from its “Home Sweet Home” mural at a candlelight vigil in October to mark the second anniversary of the storm.
