Giving Long Beach businesses a boost

“Being realistic, it’s not likely that the boardwalk will be built by summertime, and one of the big draws in town has always been the crafts fair,” he said. Kupferman proposed holding the annual event in the West End this year to help businesses there that are struggling. “The crafts fair has a reputation of being a very family-oriented event,” he said.
