The teenage male was arrested at Lindell Boulevard and West Chester Street and, according to Long Beach Police Commissioner Mike Tangney, had words with the group and “bumped” them with his car. Tangney said that no serious injuries were reported.

The teen was also allegedly drunk and high while he drove with his 15-year-old girlfriend in the car. Police responded to the scene, and officers later observed Santiago driving in the area, Tangney said.
