“Our house lifted and floated off our foundation, so it’s sinking on the south side of the house,”Daly said. “We don’t have big pensions that we can borrow from; we just don’t have that. When I call NY Rising, all I get are different answers. I think people are just anxious to come home, and wondering when the checks are going to come in.”
