Arrests
A 52-year-old from Flushing was arrested and charged with unauthorized practice at 121A Broadway on Nov. 28 at 7:15 p.m. The defendant, while employed as a massage therapist at Massage Center, performed a massage without being licensed by the State of New York.

On Nov. 28 at 7:15 p.m., a 48-year-old of Flushing, was arrested and charged with unauthorized practice at 121A Broadway. The defendant, while employed as a massage therapist at Massage Center, performed a massage without being licensed by the State of New York.
At 5:20 p.m. on Nov. 29, A 49-year-old man of Far Rockaway, was arrested and charged with assault on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.

A 22-year-old woman of Bangor, Penn., was arrested and charged with fugitive from justice on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook on Nov. 29 at 7:55 p.m. The defendant had an open Pennsylvania Bench Warrant signed on Sept. 25 from the Court of Common Pleas, County of North Hampton.
On Dec.1 at 2 p.m., Allen J. Barrington, 27, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with an open New York State parole warrant for promoting prostitution and false personation at the Lynbrook Capri Motor Inn located at 5 Freer Street.
At 2 p.m. on Dec.1, a 28-year-old of North Baldwin, was arrested and charged with two open warrants, one for robbery and one for petit larceny, at the Lynbrook Capri Motor Inn located at 5 Freer Street.
On Dec. 3 at 9:10 p.m., a 19-year old woman of Uniondale, was arrested and charged with prostitution at the Lynbrook Capri Motor Inn located at 5 Freer Street.
At 4:35 a.m. on Dec. 6, a 36-year-old of Queens Village, was arrested and charged with criminal contempt on East Mineola Avenue in Lynbrook.
A 49-year-old of Flushing, was arrested and charged with unauthorized practice at 88C Atlantic Ave. in Lynbrook on Dec. 6 at 6:40 p.m. The defendant, while employed as a massage therapist at The Health Center, performed a massage without being licensed by the State of New York.
On Dec. 6 at 10:30 p.m., Michael Pataky, 22, of Lynbrook, was arrested and charged with burglary and grand larceny, for an incidents that occurred on Abrams Place in Lynbrook between June December, 2012.

Grand larceny
At 8 a.m. on Nov. 19, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) took their 2011 Acura MDX while it was parked in front of 477 Merrick Road in Lynbrook. The value of the Acura is $30,000.

Burglary
On Dec. 8 at 12:30 p.m., a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) entered their business, North Star Collision, located at 633 Merrick Road, and damaged a safe, removed $550 from a cash box and take a BP gas card. The total loss is $1,150.

Petit larceny
At 1 p.m. on Dec. 11, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) withdrew $500 from their Ridgewood Savings Bank debit card.
