Crime watch: East Rockaway, Lynbrook

Arrests

On Sept. 6 at 6:55 p.m., a 56-year-old male of Island Park was arrested and charged with criminal trespass on Olive Drive.

A 21-year-old male of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with an open Nassau County warrant for disorderly conduct at 6:15 a.m. on Sept. 8.

At 7:50 a.m. on Sept. 8, a 57-year-old female of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with an open Nassau County warrant for two V.T.L. violations.

On Sept. 8 at 11:33 a.m., a male, 22, of Island Park was arrested and charged with an open Nassau County warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation.

A 67-year-old male of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief and menacing on Atlantic Avenue on Sept. 10 at 12:12 a.m.

Grand larceny

At 6:20 p.m. on Sept. 8, an unknown person removed a lockbox from the victim’s room in his residence on Randall Avenue. Items stolen included a social security card, Capital One debit card and $1,900.

Identity theft

On Sept. 9 at 1:20 p.m., a complainant reported that between July 29 and Sept. 16, an unknown person made several withdrawals from his Nassau Educator’s Federal Credit Union bank account without his permission. Total fraudulent charges totaled $16,451.40.
