Five members of the Lynbrook High School Varsity Lacrosse Team signed National Letters of Intent to continue their athletic participation in college next year.

Eddie Bouhall, Owen Daly, Brendan McDougal, Gordon Purdie and Mike Toy were recognized during a gathering after school on Nov. 19, which their parents attended along with Director of Athletics, Physical Education and Health Tom Graham and Lacrosse Coach Bill Leighley.

Bouhall is on the varsity hockey and football teams, and will be joining the lacrosse team at Lehigh University. Daly, also a football player, is an AP Scholar and National Honor Society member and will be playing lacrosse for Stony Brook University. McDougal and Purdie will both join Adelphi University’s lacrosse team. McDougal is also a member of the National Honor Society and varsity football team, and Purdie plays varsity soccer. Toy, who is on the high school’s varsity basketball team, will play lacrosse at the Ohio Wesleyan University.
