Mother and son duo arrested for selling oxycodone in Lynbrook

A Lynbrook mother and son were arrested on Wednesday for selling oxycodone and suboxine, Nassau County police said, after an investigation conducted by the Major Case Bureau.

According to detectives, the Narcotic and Vice Bureau conducted a joint undercover investigation with the Lynbrook Police Department into the sale of illegal narcotics, which determined that Robert A. King, 24, and his mother, Geraldine King, 57, both of Rocklyn Avenue, participated in the sale of the narcotics.

The arrest took place at 9:20 p.m. at their Rocklyn Avenue home on May 18.

Robert King is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, and one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Geraldine King is charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. They have both been arraigned at First District in Hempstead.
